Gold Award Winner the Guild of Fine Foods reckons our seasoning is the business - our authentic Jerk seasoning can be used as a marinade or baste and is straight from the heart of Jamaica. We have carefully devised our blend of jerk seasoning to bring you the flavour and aromas of Faith Pen. Our Traditional jerk is prepared using original Jamaican recipes and quality Jamaican ingredients to provide a distinctive home-style formulation offering a blend reminiscent of Jamaica, reggae and carnival, only found in back yard Jamaica.

Additional Info

For every 500g of chicken, meat or fish, rub in 1 tbsp of our seasoning. Leave to marinate, preferably overnight. Then barbeque,grill or slowly roast.
