Our quick and easy method to make the perfect jerk chicken
Set the oven to 250°C. Cut the chicken into nicely sized pieces (legs and thighs).
Score the chicken on both sides and rub small amounts of the Jamaica Sun Jerk Seasoning paste.
Likewise, sprinkle the Tropical Sun Jerk Seasoning powder over the chicken making sure both are rubbed into the slits.
Place the chicken on a tray then cook in the oven.
After 25 minutes, check the chicken by putting a knife through the thickest part of the chicken. If the chicken is not white then leave it a while longer.
Serve with rice and peas.
