Deliciously creamy, rich, coconuty vegan Christmas drink! Coquito is Puerto Rico's version of Eggnog, but with more of a tropical and sassy flavor for the holiday season. It's thick and creamy, made with coconut milk, evaporated coconut milk and sweetened condensed coconut milk, rum and spices. Perfect for vegans!

Ingredients

100g of raisins

100ml dark rum

2 Tropical Sun Cinnamon Sticks

400ml Tropical Sun Sweetened Condensed Coconut Milk

400ml Tropical Sun Coconut Milk

100ml Tropical Sun Evaporated Coconut Milk

1/2 teaspoon Tropical Sun Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Tropical Sun Ground Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Tropical Sun Vanilla Extract

Method

  1. In a pitcher - add rum, raisins and cinnamon - set aside for an hour so all the flavours release.
  2. Blend all of the other ingredients in a blender and pour into the rum, raisin and cinnamon mix.
  3. Chill for at least 4 hours, before drinking. Enjoy and get merry!
